  I purchased an entire house from these people $5000 was what I paid them once the 24 month contract was over. I purchased a Phillips NX5 Bluetooth speaker and the bass button was faulty almost immediately. I've called them twice a month for the past 5 months trying to get them to get it fixed or get me a warranty replacement (fyi Phillips offers a 3 year manufacturers warranty on this specific product) I've never received a call back literally not once. Every time I call to inquire what's being done about my issue in told the person I was dealing with no longer works there. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service (or lack thereof) I've experienced over the last 2 years. My advice is don't waste your time or your hard earned money. Easy Home and Rent a Centre both have the same quality/prices but they actually give a f**k about their customers. Aaron's has an obligation to consumers everywhere to stop the BS and step up their game.

  Matt at the store was super helpful. He's a jack of all trades and was able to help me fix up my computer at the store. He was great for the delivery, and I will recommend Aaron's any day!

  This company has a telephone sales team & they keep calling & calling & calling & calling. Don't get involved. They can't take "no" for an answer. I've never dealt with this company & I never will. I don't like "pests"!!!

  no prices listed on their website...get with the times...easier to go with easyhome or mdg as they list their prices
