  I've been renting here for years. Every person I've met here has been helpful. The transition to get you to your car is quick and painless. Occasionally you'll have to wait for your car but it's only because they are giving it a good cleaning and wash. Also they do their best to accommodate you to get you the car you want but you have to understand rentals cars move in and out quickly so sometimes is the luck of the draw. Keep up the great work!

  I had previously rated this business 5 stars (2 years ago) but I'm changing my rating today due to the service I've experienced the last 5 or 6 times I've had to deal with them. The last few times they havent had any suitable vehicles for me (I drive a full sized SUV) and they've come to me with a mini car such as a sonic or a spark saying that's the ONLY car they have on the lot. How am I supposed to get around with 2 baby car seats, a child's booster seat and 2 strollers in that?? One car they gave me was full of dog hair in the backseat and smelled like an old lady and one car had been smoked of and wreaked of cigarettes. Having kids in the car and currently pregnant that is absolutely not acceptable, and they always say that there are no other options. Either take the small car, smoked in car, old lady smelling dog hair infested car or have nothing at all. They always say they will call me shortly so I can swap it out for a more suit vehicle and I never once have actually received a call.

  I have rented a few times from here in the past year. The friendly speedy service keeps me coming back. This past weekend I rented the Cadillac XT5 crossover. Steven from Enterprise was exceptional. He took a couple of minutes to explain how everything worked. I meant the world to me as I was in a hurry and didn't have time to figure it out. Thanks Steven! Its people like you that keep me coming back to Enterprise.

  The staff at this location always , always , always goes out of their way to look after my personal preferences, and gets me the best deals they are allowed to give me. The managers Jeremy, Julia and Steven are commended for training an "on the ball" staff.
