  3 weeks later my car broke down again!!!! Obviously flustered I asked them what it was they did with my car the first time and if they could write me a list of work done on MY car they said no they don't have to and will. Not....!!!!!! This car has clearly from many other dealerships advice has had a starter problem from day 1 that they sold it to me!

  Just bought a used car from Zaid. He was very courteous and service was good. We felt we received a very good deal. Would not hesitate to do business there again.

  OK so Zaid said he'd give me money toward it 200 dollars again acting polite until he then ran out to my car as I was about to leave accusing me of stealing a file on his desk!!!!!!!! There. Was a orange van blocking me in as he searched my car and publically embarrassed. Me and emotionally. Hurt me knowing I did not do this but was accused of such a horrible action!!!! He then went in the office still not moving the orange van to check again on his desk and came out didn't apologize. Or nothing said ok go ok leave....

  UPDATE: I TAKE BACK EVERYTHING I SAID. NO ISSUES WITH ZAID. ANDY IS OUTRIGHT RUDE. TOOK MY CAR TO HIM WITH GEAR SHIFT ISSUE. IT WAS MOVING FORWARD AND AFTER HE CHECKED IT, IT COMPLETELY BROKE DOWN. HE WOULD NOT ACCEPT THAT HE BROKE IT. AND REFUSED TO OFFER ME SERVICE. TOLD ME TO TOW IT SOMEWHERE ELSE AND EVEN REFUSED TO PAY FOR TOWING. ASKED HIM TO AT LEAST PUT IT BACK TO THE POSITION I BOUGHT IT IN AND HE STILL REFUSED. YOU LOST A FAITHFUL CUSTOMER.

  They priced the car high but I bought it anyways because I was an inexperienced first time buyer on my own. Over the next 3 months I took the car back to them 7 times cause the engine light came on. They said it was nothing to worry about and said they fixed it and said this everytime until my car broke down. I then went to another auto shop and they told me my read differential and catalytic converter was shot and cost me around $1800, this auto shop also told me that this would have been a very noticeable problem for any experienced mechanic. I then called A&Z auto to tell them and they said that there was nothing wrong with the car which is bull. Would highly recommend to buy somewhere else. These people avoid the problems and sell you bad cars. Unimpressed with service and lack of caring. Do not buy from there.

  He had put the paper in the desk and forgot and Actually accused me yelling at me in the parking lot Infront of 2 other couples about stealing it!!!!!!

  Recently in June bought a car from a to z auto they at first seemed very generous honest people... The car broke down 2days after due to timing belt coming off.... Andy was then by far the rudest person I have ever met... Continuously raising his voice and shutting me out.. They took my car in the shop for over a week. To "fix" it well they fixed everything but what was. Wrong with it.
