  I was very upset after Ridgehill Ford told me my Escape was basically scrap. I had a $5,000 estimate from Ford to fix my problem. After reading reviews I decided to take it to another shop - and given the great reviews from NAPA AutoPro on Pinebush, I had my car towed from Ford. In less than a day, my car is back on the road. The fix was less than the diagnostic charge I got from Ridgehill Ford.
