  Was planning on spending a lot of money at best buy today.. But I guess the sales staff don't care about the job they have.... Put them all back on commission then we will see how much help customers actually get

  I have a the plexi screen protector for my iPhone X which has a lifetime warranty and can be replaced as many times as needed at BestBuy. The first time Geeksquad put it on, it was completely misaligned and the edges began peeling after a few days. I went back to get it redone, and they still managed to screw it up and misaligned the top. The guy who put it on admitted that it could be better aligned, but when I asked him to redo it, he did not seem willing to at all.

  I do not recommend any "warranty service" sold by Geek Squad. You will get the same, if not better in most cases, warranty support through the manufacturer.

  Staff is really friendly, many are around when needed. Asks about open box stuff for a decent discount if you know where to look.

  Sales staff aren't as knowledgable as most hobbyists (including Geek Squad) at their respective departments, but selection is really good, and this particular location WILL PRICE MATCH AMAZON/NEWEGG, so long as the product in question is sold by their respective companies (no 3rd party resellers).

  Lots of peeps on sales floor. 1 cash, helping customer who is demanding, no one else to help?? 10 peeps on sales floor. Asked where my product was to a group of 3 best buy employees at the door and was given directions instead of taken to the area. Not a helpful or quick visit

  Helpful staff and great prices. Easy to get to/lots of parking available. I really enjoy this location.
