  We purchased a couch in November 2013. Jeff talked us into the 5 yr extended warranty. In the summer of 2017 we submitted a claim as the material was cracking in numerous locations. We just heard that they will not cover this claim. The couch is an Ashley Furniture couch so i expected top quality product. I will never shop at Homestyle Furniture or Ashley Furniture again and i will make it my mission to inform people of my experience.

  Although Ashley's stores are uber clean and well maintained, with friendly staffing, they are unaffordable even for families with higher income. Quality wise the furniture sold there, is just average. I was getting the feeling that they want to replicate the majestic quality and look of furniture back in 1950,s. If you get good discounts and deals it worth it. Better than many other furniture stores.

  I have been at this place many times and have been using Ashley products for very long time even before they opened their own store in this area. Overall nice place to shop and find good stuff.

  After almost 2 years with a used $150 love seat, we decided to invest in a nice sectional. We visited a few places before deciding on one, which we spoke to a sales rep about our desired layout. He calculated the cost and told us he would work on a price. I already had a number in my head that I would be happy with, which he came back and beat. Needless to say we chatted for a few minutes and placed the order. We were told 2-4 weeks and it would be in (as I believe all is custom built to order). Well at 3.5 week I called, it arrived the same day, and we were told it would be inspected and ready for pickup Saturday. Now we are picking it up tomorrow, so if anything changes I will revise the review, however they have been very helpful, polite and answered my questions without any trouble. The brand is no big box store cheap quality, and the prices reflect it. It will cost more than IKEA or Leons, and there is a reason. Thanks to the team at Ashley in Cambridge, we can't wait for our new couch!

  Had a great experience at Ashley during their boxing week sale. Fell in love with a couch that wasn’t included in the sale, and Lauren managed to match a price of a similar couch that was on sale. Couch arrived after 2 weeks (quoted time was 3-5) in perfect condition and we love it!

  We have picked up our new couch and love it! they were ready for us, with everything labeled. We were loaded in under 5 minutes and on our way. Corey was our Sales Rep, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is honest, thoughtful and no nonsense. Thanks for delivering on time a great product!
