  Always good customer service at this store. The staff always do their best to help you. Only 4 stars as this was an online order that I picked up and didn't find out one of my items was sold out until I picked up the order and checked it in store before leaving. The staff was quick to look into it and refunded me for that item. I feel this should have been taken care of via email notification prior to me picking up my items.

  I've just discovered this store. Beautiful decor ideas. I bought a pair of window panels and took them to get hemmed. The seamstress mentioned twice what beautiful quality they were. I could tell as soon as I saw them...so much better than the store I had been buying from. Service was top notch too...definitely will be back, a lot!

  I had a good experience at the store and bought a few pieces of furniture. They were delivered in a timely manner but when I saw my coffee table, it had a huge crack in the wood, which continues to get larger. I left a voicemail and an email with the company, and neither have been returned. Thoroughly disappointed, and won't be shopping here again.

  Terrible staff - walk in and they do not greet us and ignore us, but any person who looks older than 30 they greet. Then when we had a question about delivery they acted very surprised we could afford it (we are a couple in our 20's). Great selection but staff needs diversity training.
