  Where do I begin with how awesome this store is? The location is super easy to get to even coming from out of town, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful and Lowe's prices are always better than other home improvement places. I will happily continue to deal with this store for years to come. Thank you for a great shopping experiences.

  I would not recommend renting a carpet cleaner...they refused to return my deposit due to their opinion it was not clean. Hosed it down before I even used it to get the previous pet hair out and once again the best I could after use (I don't have pets). Still some remaining on the unit so they would not return the$25. Well keep that $25 Lowe's and I will keep the $1000 I was going to go purchase flooring with!!!

  We had went to the Ottawa street Lowe's in Kitchener to buy a bathroom vanity that we had seen on their website but the staff couldn't find any of the 3 that they had in stock, so they took our phone # to call us when they found it. No call ever came. A week later we tried the Cambridge location and the staff searched on their hands and knees in the back store room and found the one we wanted, we had to wait a while but we didn't mind since we had already waited a week for a call from the other location and to make the service even better, they helped us load the vanity into our truck! They were awesome!!

  I had a leaky faucet and zero plumbing skills. I called a plumber and they told me that it would cost over $100 to fix. I got up the courage to take the tap off myself and I took it into Lowe's where I met Dennis in the plumbing department. DENNIS was absolutely wonderful and gave me what I needed and showed me how to put the tap back together with the new part. I felt so empowered . Thank you Dennis.

  Awesome store. Everything is premium quality and staff at this store are very helpful and caring. Definitely prefer this store over any home depot.
