Adequate,. Dining room has limited hours and no room service available when dining room is closed?

I stayed overnight to participate in an evening work function. The facility was nice. I didn't have time for the omelette breakfast, which seemed great, though I would have liked some fruit. Instead, I presented with a $5.65 surcharge bill for "grab and go"; a plain bagel in a napkin. I did gulp down half a coffee, which was in a ceramic mug, so I couldn't take it to go. I'd recommended skipping the breakfast there unless you have time to stay. Funny how getting a coffee is not as quick as getting the bill.

Not one to post...rooms have stains in washrooms...service in restaurant incompetent... noticable rude to customers. I suggest other accomodations.

Housekeeper only arrived as I was preparing to leave for a wedding at 3 they were busy preparing for a full house. None of our 3 rooms got tidied. We were able to get fresh towels and extra cups.

We used the Four Points for our wedding guests in October and the organization of the bookings/wedding block was very disjointed, with poor communication. Some guests were told the block was full, when it wasn’t - some were told the hotel was booked that night, when it wasn’t. Everything is reserved through an external system. They did add some extra rooms after our blocked was closed when I brought this to their attention. I was disappointed with the customer service provided by Anne - not professional or very courteous (and called me by the wrong name on most occasions.. and not even something close). We had the hotel shuttle reserved for our wedding party and I happened to be in the lobby that morning and there was a “sign up” sheet for “our wedding guests” - which is not at all what it was for and I don’t know why it was assumed that was what we wanted, and I’m thankful I saw it before all of our guests were confused as we had buses set up. We wanted the room to be serviced at 9am so that everything was nice for photos and they showed up at 10am - they shouldn’t have said they could do our room first at 9am if they weren’t going to. Other than that, the actual hotel experience was fine, but very thankful I don’t have to deal with it anymore.

Check-in was fine, and the beds were comfortable. I recall when I made the reservation months ago that it was an easy process. They have heavy blankets that make for a good night's sleep. However, there were small details that were inconvenient about the room that, when looked at seperately, were not a big deal (no fan in the bathroom, poor lighting, shower cold/hot being reversed, hot water that is scaldingly hot very quickly without warning, very slow elevators, etc), but when looked at all together made the stay about a three star. My reason for choosing two stars was the pretty gross and over-priced breakfast. The eggs tasted like wet mush and the home fries left a burnt taste in your mouth without appearing to be burnt themselves. I put three milks in the cup of coffee I was served and it didn't change colour. There wasn't much for vegetarian options, and the 50¢ box of fruit loops I had was the highlight of what came to a $20 meal after tax and tip. In sum, you can sleep here, and it will be fine, but go somewhere else for breakfast in the morning. There is a Tim Hortons and a MacDonalds not too far down the road. If you do eat here, adding the leftover milk from your fruit loops will greatly improve the coffee.
