  Jane and Kyla made my post-mastectomy recovery a breeze. I 'graduated' today with full shoulder mobility and very minimal scar tissue left. So helpful and encouraging - can't say enough about them. Wish I would have known about them sooner - wish the hospital would have told me about their amazing service for breast cancer survivors!

  Love this place! I look forward to my massage with Joclyn every two weeks and was so happy to find out that they have a Cancer Rehab program I was able to refer my friend to. The staff is just so amazing, friendly and caring. I can't say enough good things about this place.

  I love my visits to Life mark! Everyone is so warm, welcoming and friendly everytime I visit! The therapists are very knowledgeable and I have seen major improvements since my first assessment. I highly recommend this clinic for all your physiotherapy and massage needs!

  I thoroughly enjoy going to this clinic because I know when I leave I will feel 100% better. The ladies at the reception desk make you feel welcome. While I wait for my therapist, I watch to see the dynamics around me. It is such a friendly environment with great rapport within the staff as well as the customers. Sara has really helped me as well as sending me home with some exercises to do in between my appointments. Thank you to the people at Lifemark. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who asks.
