  I've been coming here for a while. The staff is very friendly but some days the speed of the service isn't the best, and the people on cash are always in a super rush to move you along when there's a bit of a line.

  Tonight my boyfriend went just before 9:30 and the guy working there saw my boyfriend approaching, quickly locked the door and yelled that they're closed.

  My wife and I have been going to this location since it opened, pretty much every Thu night. Service used to be great and the employees were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Not sure what happened to the previous staff but the service provided by the current staff has just been terrible. Staff doesn't smile, is incredibly slow, and seem to have no experience working fast casual.

  They used to be alot better when they first opened. we always get the vegetarian burrito and I always have to ask them to cook up some fresh veggies or they'll give me the cold scraps they scrape from the corner of the tray. Even then, they skimp out on it. We don't get cheese or meat or anything so we expect the burrito to be filled with a little extra of the rice/beans and veggies and it seem to always be a hassle when we ask. Wish they weren't being so cheap as I prefer their burrito over the other options town.

  I ordered chips on the side with my burrito bowl, and the man that filled the paper bag with the chips used his hand to expand the inside of the bag instead if using the scoop for the chips to open the bag. This same man was also handling the cash. The unsanitary gesture including being rushed out from the cash line resulted in me not eating the chips and wasting the money.

  The place is clean first time there. The food was awesome & tasted great. The guy who served me was very knowledgeable about all of the food when i asked questions.. .Will definitely be going back..fresh food.

  We usually come here at least weekly, the staff knew our faces and even remembered my boyfriends lactose allergy. They'd give us coupons all the time and were super friendly. But lately, there's a bunch of new staff and we're not getting great service. I haven't even been able to order food!! Sometimes I have shifts that last until 9 pm and I would like to pick up burritos on the way home for my boyfriend and I, but they keep locking the doors early, even though they close at 10!

  Either way it's nowhere near as enjoyable an experience as it used to be. Food is still great but overall the experience and atmosphere of the place just isn't the same. The current staff has sucked the joy out of this place.
